Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Stock Availability
We hold stock of many products and consumables, including filters and replacement parts. Where an item is in stock, it will normally be delivered in 1 to 2 working days.
Some products are special order items and may have longer lead times. Where this applies, the estimated lead time will be advised by our team at the point of enquiry.
Delivery Services
We use a range of trusted courier and freight partners depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Most mainland UK deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Larger commercial orders, pallet deliveries, or specialist equipment may require additional transit time.
Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs processes, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Inspection on Delivery
Customers should inspect all goods upon receipt. Any shortages, damage, or delivery discrepancies have to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or redirection requests will be passed on to the customer.
International Deliveries
Commercial Air Filtration provides IQAir products exclusively for use in the UK and ships IQAir products only to locations within the UK, and are covered under a UK warranty only.
For orders of IQAir products destined for locations outside of the UK, please contact IQAir directly at info@incen.com.
