Whether deploying a single unit or managing a multi-site estate programme, we provide end-to-end support from initial specification through to long-term performance assurance. Our clinical-grade air purification solutions are supported by a comprehensive aftercare programme, giving procurement leads, infection prevention teams, and facilities managers the confidence that every installed unit continues to perform to its validated specification — protecting patients, staff, and visitors from airborne contaminants throughout its operational life.
Maintenance Agreement
Our service agreements are structured to align with NHS procurement requirements and the operational demands of clinical environments. Whether your organisation requires a straightforward annual maintenance plan or a fully managed multi-site programme, we will develop a schedule appropriate to your estate, budget framework, and infection control governance.
Each agreement incorporates annual on-site engineering inspections, replacement of filters using manufacturer-approved consumables only, and the issue of a written performance validation certificate confirming that each unit is performing as expected. This documentation supports audit readiness and provides a verifiable record for infection prevention and control (IPC) teams.
Warranty extension packages are available for all supported units, providing continued parts and labour cover beyond the standard manufacturer period and enabling accurate lifecycle cost planning across your estate.
Installation
Our installation service encompasses site survey, airflow assessment through to full commissioning and handover documentation. We liaise directly with estates, IPC, and facilities teams to ensure each unit is positioned and configured to deliver optimal pathogen reduction, with placement informed by occupancy, ventilation provision, and clinical use of the space.
For large-scale deployments across wards, outpatient departments, or shared clinical areas, a phased project plan is agreed in advance to ensure continuity of clinical operations throughout. Full commissioning records, including performance readings taken at the point of installation, are provided for inclusion in your compliance and estates documentation.
Customer Service Support
Ongoing operational support is provided as standard across all of our service tiers. We deliver structured staff training at the point of installation and at annual service intervals, covering day-to-day operation, indicator monitoring, cleaning protocols, and escalation procedures — ensuring that your clinical and facilities staff are equipped to maintain unit performance between scheduled engineer visits.
Each account is allocated a dedicated service contact, providing a consistent and informed point of communication for technical enquiries, consumable orders, or service scheduling. Engineer callout is available outside standard working hours, with defined response times to minimise any period of reduced air cleaning capacity in a live clinical setting.
We recognise that airborne hygiene management in healthcare environments carries significant patient safety and regulatory implications. Our aftercare programme is designed accordingly — providing the audit trail, validated performance data, and responsive technical support that NHS organisations and CQC-registered providers require.
